Is Protocole® suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulations are dermatologist-tested and designed to be gentle across all skin types, including sensitive skin. The pre-dosed format also eliminates the risk of over-applying actives — one of the most common causes of irritation.

What active ingredients are inside?

Each Protocole® blister contains pharmaceutical-grade actives including hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C, peptides, and broad-spectrum SPF — pre-dosed at clinical concentrations. The sealed format keeps every active fresh until the moment you use it, unlike open bottles that oxidize over weeks.

Why capsules instead of regular bottles?

Three reasons. First, freshness — sealed single-dose capsules don't oxidize like a bottle of vitamin C that sits open for months. Second, precision — every dose is measured at the exact concentration that clinical studies use. Third, simplicity — no measuring, no layering guesswork, no counter full of products.

Can Protocole® really replace my entire routine?

Yes. Protocole® replaces your cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer, and SPF. Each step is built into the blister in the correct order and at the right dose. You don't need to add anything else.

Is it good for travel?

Protocole® was practically designed for it. Flat blister packs fit in any bag, comply with TSA liquid rules, and replace an entire bag of bottles. No spills, no weight, no decisions about what to bring.

Are the actives at clinical-grade concentrations?

Yes. Every active in Protocole® is dosed at the concentration used in published clinical studies — not the diluted amounts you typically find in mass-market products. Pre-dosing removes the guesswork and ensures consistency across every single use.

Why does sealed packaging matter for actives like vitamin C?

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) starts degrading within days of exposure to air and light. A standard bottle loses potency over weeks of daily opening. Each Protocole® capsule is sealed individually, so the actives are as potent on day 28 as they are on day 1.

Is Protocole® tested on animals?

No. Dosologie is cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of development or production, and we do not work with suppliers who do.

Where is Protocole® formulated and manufactured?

Protocole® is formulated and manufactured in France under pharmaceutical-grade quality standards. Every batch is tested before packaging to ensure purity and potency.

Can I skip or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can skip a delivery, pause, or change the frequency from your account dashboard at any time. No commitment, no penalties.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, go to your subscription, and click Cancel. It takes 10 seconds. No phone call, no retention funnel — you're in full control. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle if made at least 48 hours before renewal.

How long does delivery take?

US orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. EU orders take 5–10 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US and the European Union. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it.

Please contact us at hello@dosologie.com within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier on your behalf. In some cases, our team may ask you to complete a signed sworn declaration to proceed with a claim — this is standard procedure to protect both parties.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 48 hours, we may not be able to process damage claims.

Dosologie is operated by YLNLK LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA. Our products are formulated and packaged in France.
