Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive a new supply of Protocole® automatically at the interval you selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged before each shipment.

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fees. To manage your subscription:

Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. If your next order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
