How to request a return

Contact us at hello@dosologie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, send your item to:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@dosologie.com. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or by contacting us at hello@dosologie.com. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Already-shipped orders follow the standard return policy above.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. This right is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@dosologie.com.
