SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. During promotional periods or high demand, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
United States:
- Subscription orders: Free standard shipping
- 28-day supply (one-time purchase): Free standard shipping
- 7-day and 14-day supply (one-time purchase): $4.50 flat rate shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after shipment
European Union:
- Subscription orders: Free standard shipping
- 28-day supply (one-time purchase): Free standard shipping
- 7-day and 14-day supply (one-time purchase): $4.50 flat rate shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days after shipment
- All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Dosologie has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs duties is not grounds for a refund.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dosologie is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status of your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@dosologie.com.
DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once your package shows a "delivered" status according to the carrier's tracking information, Dosologie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Check your mailbox, porch, garage, or any other location where packages are typically left.
- Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- File a claim with the shipping carrier if the package cannot be located.
If the issue remains unresolved after completing the steps above, contact us at hello@dosologie.com with your order number and a detailed description of the situation. Our legal department may require you to complete and sign a sworn declaration confirming non-receipt of the package. Reshipment decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at Dosologie's sole discretion, and only after receipt and review of the signed declaration.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Dosologie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@dosologie.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update your address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENTS
Subscription orders are automatically shipped at the interval selected at checkout. Shipping dates are determined by your billing cycle. If you wish to change your shipping address for future subscription shipments, update your address in your account settings or contact us at hello@dosologie.com before your next billing date.
Subscription orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, a full mailbox, or a refusal to accept delivery will not be automatically reshipped. You will need to contact us to arrange reshipment at your cost.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable for any reason attributable to the customer, the original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable. A refund for the product will be issued minus a $4.50 restocking and return shipping fee. If you wish the package to be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dosologie.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging, or a description of the incorrect item received
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Dosologie is not liable for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, customs processing, or other force majeure events. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation once the order has shipped.
P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times, and tracking information may be limited. Dosologie is not responsible for delays specific to these delivery methods.
